First you receive your 360 degree evaluation including advanced diagnostic testing. You’ll receive a customized plan from Dr. Goodrich based on your needs. There is ongoing support from Dr. Goodrich and Chef & Health Coach Contos as the success of your health matters to us! Get lasting 10X results. We also cover mindset, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and exposure to environmental stressors.
Does Insurance Cover Functional Medicine?
We do not accept any form of insurance for Functional Medicine. We don’t allow insurance companies to dictate our care. FM is about personalized care and developing a partnership with your providers. You’ll spend time with your doctor and coach without restrictions or barriers.
What’s Included?
What’s Included: Telehealth visits with your doctor and health coach. Online billing and scheduling. Unlimited messaging with your care team through an online patient portal. Prescriptions for supplements and online access to to the supplement store.
Is Testing Included?
Your doctor will work with you to customize testing orders based on your health needs and personal preferences. Costs for blood work and specialty tests are not included in the price. Blood work is usually covered by insurance. Specialty tests range in cost from $150 - $500 each.
What types of diagnostic testing are performed?
We offer both standard blood work and in-depth specialty testing to help construct a comprehensive picture of your health and better inform treatment. A personalized testing plan will be recommended by your doctor. Some of our most frequently prescribed specialty tests assess food sensitivities, leaky gut, nutritional deficiencies, allergies, adrenal function, genetics, microbiome health, and toxic heavy metal levels.
